AAAHHHHHHHH. I was getting these calls once every 3 days or so. I would answer and no one was there. I finally called back and got a live person. I told them to talk my number off the list. They said ok. This was on a Friday. It is now Wed and I have received 3 calls a day now. In the morning to wake me up. In the afternoon to wake my baby up. Also around dinner time. If they lived in the same city I live I would go there and open up a can of whoop a** on them.
They got my number because my husband is looking for a job. The one calling from 866-553-8166 is not calling about a job. They are calling to see if he wants to go to school. He needs a job not more schooling.
Well I called them again today after they woke up my baby. I talked to “who was in charge”. They said that they will make sure that my number is put on the do not call list. If they keep calling I will find their address and start mailing my baby’s poopy dypers, one for each call they do. Then we will see how fast the calls stop. When I find their address I will post it here. A mass protest will teach them to stop.

Career Advisor will call even if you didn’t request help with schools on purpose. Call center associates aren’t responsible for their company’s rules or how they do business. They show up and get paid so they can support their families and pay bills. If you have a problem with the company, then try to be polite to the poor person on the other end of the line that is just trying to make rent. They probably had enough people yell at them that day.

Thank people who do their jobs. Complain about people who don’t to their bosses. If everyone treated you like you treat these people at their jobs, then you might hate your job also. Half of them probably hate working there and are looking for jobs just like you guys looking for jobs on Job.com.

By the way, I don’t think Job.com is actually legit. They seem to get their job postings from other sites. Go to a site you’ve seen on TV, like Monster or CareerBuilder. Why would you even go to a site and give them your info if you’ve never heard of them?

Warning  Letter

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has reviewed your website at trustmeds.com and has determined that you are offering products for sale in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act). These products include, but are not limited to, “Acomplia (Generic),” “Acomplia (Brand),” “Rimonabant,” “Viagra (Brand),” and “Prozac (Generic).” We request that you immediately cease marketing violative products.
These products are drugs under section 201(g) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 321(g), because they are intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease and/or because they are intended to affect the structure or function of the body. Your marketing and distribution of these drugs violate various provisions of the Act, as described below:
Unapproved New Drugs
Your firm offers many unapproved new drugs including, but not limited to “Acomplia (Generic),” “Acomplia (Brand),” and “Rimonabant.” FDA is taking this action against your firm because of the inherent risk in buying unapproved prescription drugs. Unapproved drugs from unregulated sources do not have the same assurance of safety and effectiveness as drugs subject to FDA oversight and have been found to be contaminated, counterfeit, contain varying amounts of active ingredients, or contain different ingredients altogether. For drugs that are regulated by FDA, FDA protections include rigorous scientific standards for prescription drug approval and label review for accuracy and completeness, manufacturing procedures and testing performed under closely controlled conditions at FDA-registered and inspected facilities. In addition, pharmacies and wholesalers who sell or distribute prescription drugs in the U.S. are licensed by the states. Unapproved new drugs delivered to the American public from unregulated sources may not be safe and effective.

Rimonabant (also marketed under the name Acomplia) was specifically rejected for FDA approval because it did not meet the statutory requirements for safety and effectiveness. In June 2007, the FDA Endocrinologic and Metabolic Drugs Advisory Committee unanimously voted not to recommend approval of the drug because of increased risk of neurological and psychiatric side effects including seizures, depression, anxiety, insomnia, aggressiveness, and suicidal thoughts among patients. Accordingly, the “Acomplia (Generic),” “Acomplia (Brand),” and “Rimonabant” dispensed through your website are “new drugs,” as defined by section 201(p) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 321(p).
Under sections 301(d) and 505(a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 331(d) and 355(a), a new drug may not be introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce unless an FDA-approved application is in effect for it. Your sale of several products, including “Acomplia (Generic),” “Acomplia (Brand),” and “Rimonabant” without approved applications violates these provisions of the Act.
Misbranded Drugs
Your website offers numerous products, including but not limited to “Viagra (Brand)” and “Prozac (Generic)” for sale without requiring that the products be dispensed under a prescription from a duly licensed practitioner. Therefore, the drugs are misbranded under section 503(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 353(b)(1), and are marketed in violation of sections 301(a), 301(b), and 301(k) of such Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 331(a), 331(b), and 331(k).
Further, your website offers products for sale and states that they are FDA-approved. As noted above, your products are not FDA-approved and are offered for sale in violation of the Act. Therefore, these products are misbranded under section 502(a)of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 352(a), because the labeling of the drugs is false and misleading.
The introduction or delivery for introduction into interstate commerce of these misbranded products violates section 301(a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 331(a).
This letter is not intended to identify all of the ways in which your activities might be in violation of United States law. It is your responsibility to ensure that all products marketed by your firm are in compliance with the Act and its implementing regulations. You should take prompt action to correct the violations noted above. Failure to correct these violations promptly may result in regulatory action, including but not limited to, seizure and/or injunction without further notice. Please notify this office in writing within 15 working days of receipt of this letter of any steps you have taken or will take to correct the noted violations and to prevent their recurrence. If the corrective action(s) cannot be completed within 15 working days, state the reason for the delay and the time within which the correction(s) will be completed. These products are drugs under section 201 (g) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 321(g), because they are intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease and/or because they are intended to affect the structure or function of the body. Your marketing and distribution of these drugs violate various provisions of the Act, as described below:

Unapproved New Drugs

Your firm offers many unapproved new drugs including, but not limited to “Acomplia (Brand),” “Acomplia (Generic),” and “Rimonabant.” FDA is taking this action against your firm because of the inherent risk in buying unapproved prescription drugs. Unapproved drugs from unregulated sources do not have the same assurance of safety and effectiveness as drugs subject to FDA oversight and have been found to be contaminated, counterfeit, contain varying amounts of active ingredients, or contain different ingredients altogether. For drugs that are regulated by FDA, FDA protections include rigorous scientific standards for prescription drug approval and label review for accuracy and completeness, manufacturing procedures and testing performed under closely controlled conditions at FDA-registered and inspected facilities. In addition, pharmacies and wholesalers who sell or distribute prescription drugs in the U.S. are licensed by the states.

Unapproved new drugs delivered to the American public from unregulated sources may not be safe and effective. Rimonabant (also marketed under the name Acomplia) was specifically rejected for FDA approval because it did not meet the statutory requirements for safety and effectiveness. In June 2007, the FDA Endocrinologic and Metabolic Drugs Advisory Committee unanimously voted not to recommend approval of the drug because of increased risk of neurological and psychiatric side effects including seizures, depression, anxiety, insomnia, aggressiveness, and suicidal thoughts among patients. Accordingly, the “Acomplia (Brand),” “Acomplia (Generic),” and “Rimonabant” dispensed through your websites are “new drugs,” as defined by section 201 (p) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 321(p).

Under sections 301 (d) and 505(a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 331 (d) and 355(a), a new drug may not be introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce unless an FDA-approved application is in effect for it. Your sale of several products, including “Acomplia (Brand),” “Acomplia (Generic),” and “Rimonabant” without approved applications violates these provisions of the Act.

Misbranded Drugs

Your websites offer product for sale without requiring that the products be dispensed under a prescription from a duly licensed practitioner, including, but not limited to “Viagra (Brand),” “Cialis (Brand),” and “Prozac (Generic).” Therefore, the drugs are misbranded under section 503(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 353(b)(1), and are marketed in violation of sections 301(a), 301(b), and 301(k) of such Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 331(a), 331(b), and 331(k).

Further, your websites offer products for sale and state that they are FDA-approved. As noted above, your products are not FDA-approved and are offered for sale in violation of the Act. Therefore, these products are misbranded under section 502(a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 352(a), because the labeling of the drugs is false and misleading.

The introduction or delivery for introduction into interstate commerce of these misbranded products violates section 301(a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 331(a).

This letter is not intended to identify all of the ways in which your activities might be in violation of United States law. It is your responsibility to ensure that all products marketed by your firm are in compliance with the Act and its implementing regulations. You should take prompt action to correct the violations noted above. Failure to correct these violations promptly may result in regulatory action, including but not limited to, seizure and/or injunction without further notice.

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has reviewed your websites at direct-pharm.com, us-value-pharm.com, global-drugstore.com, refill-club.com, global-generics-source.com, european-drugstore.com, first-canadian-pharm.com, mexican-pharm.com, pillsshipping.com, rxgenericsstore.com, americanmedsdirect.com, and usrxmeds.net and has determined that you are offering products for sale in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act). These products include, but are not limited to,  ”Acomplia (Generic),” “Acomplia (Brand),” “Rimonabant,” “Viagra (Brand),” “Cialis (Brand),” “Prozac (Generic),” and “Levitra (Brand).” We request that you immediately cease marketing violative products.
These products are drugs under section 201 (g) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 321 (g), because they are intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease and/or because they are intended to affect the structure or function of the body. Your marketing and distribution of these drugs violate various provisions of the Act, as described below:
Unapproved New Drugs
Your firm offers many unapproved new drugs including, but not limited to “Acomplia (Generic),” “Acomplia (Brand),” and “Rimonabant.” FDA is taking this action against your firm because of the inherent risk in buying unapproved prescription drugs. Unapproved drugs from unregulated sources do not have the same assurance of safety and effectiveness as drugs subject to FDA oversight and have been found to be contaminated, counterfeit, contain varying amounts of active ingredients, or contain different ingredients altogether. For drugs that are regulated by FDA, FDA protections include rigorous scientific standards for prescription drug approval and label review for accuracy and completeness, manufacturing procedures and testing performed under closely controlled conditions at FDA-registered and inspected facilities. In addition, pharmacies and wholesalers who sell or distribute prescription drugs in the U.S. are licensed by the states. Unapproved new drugs delivered to the American public from unregulated sources may not be safe and effective.
Rimonabant (also marketed under the name Acomplia) was specifically rejected for FDA approval because it did not meet the statutory requirements for safety and effectiveness. In June 2007, the FDA Endocrinologic and Metabolic Drugs Advisory Committee unanimously voted not to recommend approval of the drug because of increased risk of neurological and psychiatric side effects including seizures, depression, anxiety, insomnia, aggressiveness, and suicidal thoughts among patients. Accordingly, the “Acomplia (Generic),” “Acomplia (Brand),” and “Rimonabant” dispensed through your websites are “new drugs,” as defined by section 201 (p) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 321(p).
Under sections 301(d) and 505(a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 331 (d) and 355(a), a new drug may not be introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce unless an FDA-approved application is in effect for it. Your sale of several products, including “Acomplia (Generic),” “Acomplia (Brand),” and “Rimonabant” without approved applications violates these provisions of the Act.
Misbranded Drugs
Many of your websites sell products, including but not limited to “Viagra (Brand),” “Cialis (Brand),” “Prozac (Generic),” and “Levitra (Brand),” without requiring that the products be dispensed under a prescription from a duly licensed practitioner. Therefore, the drugs are misbranded under section 503(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 353(b)(1), and are marketed in violation of sections 301 (a), 301 (b), and 301 (k) of such Act, 21 U.S.C. §§ 331 (a), 331 (b), and 331 (k).
Further, your websites offer products for sale and state that they are FDA-approved. As noted above, your products are not FDA-approved and are offered for sale in violation of the Act. Therefore, these products are misbranded under section 502(a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 352(a), because the labeling of the drugs is false and misleading.
The introduction or delivery for introduction into interstate commerce of these misbranded products violates section 301 (a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 331 (a).
This letter is not intended to identify all of the ways in which your activities might be in violation of United States law. It is your responsibility to ensure that all products marketed by your firm are in compliance with the Act and its implementing regulations. You should take prompt action to correct the violations noted above. Failure to correct these violations promptly may result in regulatory action, including but not limited to, seizure and/or injunction without further notice.
Please notify this office in writing within 15 working days of receipt of this letter of any steps you have taken or will take to correct the noted violations and to prevent their recurrence. If the corrective action(s) cannot be completed within 15 working days, state the reason for the delay and the time within which the correction(s) will be completed. I have been retired for a couple of years and had been looking around for something I could do on the Internet to supplement my pension. I came across something from National Opportunities that sounded interesting.

I paid them $499.00 for a website. They said someone would be calling to help pick out a domain name. They said I would earn $7,000.00 to $10,000.00 /month. They did call but were no help picking out a domain name but covered how the business would work using four different market areas. Now they were saying that to make it work there would have to be advertising.

Eventually, a Chris Scott talked me into spending another $9,975.00 for advertising. I would not have to do anything except collect the money every two weeks. He said I should take 10% of the top and put it in the bank to re-invest the next year. So far, this 10% is $0.00. I have checked the site since April 10, 2009 and never had any income.

In a few more days I had calls from Shawn Casey to spend more money on TV commercials. This would be another $7,000.00 for 50 commercials or $10,000.00 for 100 commercials. He I told him I would wait until next year if it was showing a profit. I have since seen a lot of emails and web sites about how much money he makes. I now see how he does it.

I have not made any money and all I have done is create another expense of $400/month to pay of the credit card.

I have been calling them on the phone for months. No one ever answers and all I get is a message center. I leave a message and some one calls back in four or five hours or in a couple of days. By that time I have usually gone out and the whole thing starts over with me calling again. Nothing ever gets resolved.

My story started when a guy by the name of “Steve Mayfair” called me and told me that I got a loan that I requested for a rate of 6% over the course of five years.  I thought that I finally got a loan at a great rate.  He then explained to me that his company had “private” investors that was willing to help fellow Americans that would not through banking institutions because of my past credit history.  This “Steve Mayfair” (fake name) said that he was going to fax some documents to me bacause that it proves that it is legal and binding.  I thought that maybe my luck was changing and I could rebuild my

This “Steve” faxed me some documents that looked legal and he then explained to me that I needed to send an advance fee of 2346.00 dollars for the four months that was required and that I didn’t have to pay until next year.  I should have listened to the little voice in my head that told me that it was a scam.  I thought about it for two days and then went ahead and signed the documents and faxed it back to this “Steve Mayfair”.  He then explained to me that I needed to wire it to a “Barbara Galin” in Toronto-Ontario and then call him back and tell him the reference number.  I did so and then he explained to me that the loan was going to be deposited into my account the next day.  I waited and there was no deposit and then I called him back.  I called and they connected me to “Richard Smith” in  and he explained to me that I had such a high debt to income ratio that I needed to wire an exta 2346.00 dollars in order for me to get my loan.

I knew that I was just scamed and I told him that I wanted a refund and he said that I had to wait until the following week before the could have his refund back into his “third” party company.  I waited and still no refund.  I then called and the phone is disconnected.  I knew that I just got ripped off and I called the BBB and wrote on the Complaint Board about my experience.  I know that these people would be caught one day but I don’t know when.  This operation is bigger than I thought and I hope that there is going to be a sting to get these scums one day.

Antivirus ripoff.This company supposedly sells antivirus. I stupidly responded on the internet when I saw that I had some messages about viruses on my computer. Being naive and not very computer smart I saw this name MS Antivirus and thought of “Microsoft”!! How wrong I was. Not only was the amount that was debited to my credit card different to that advertised by them but I ended up with a complete mess of a computer and battled to get out. They actually infect your computer with all sorts of viruses that I have had to now send to an expert to have my hard drive reformatted with consequent loss of a lot of personal data etc.
The so called web address they sent on the payment confirmation from a crowd called eSafeBill is impossible to get hold of.
I would like companies like VISA & Mastercard to block payments to such unscrupolous operators.

TRIAL PERIOD POLICY

Successful applicants are offered the position on a probationary period basis (1 month). This is the period when a new employee will be trained and receive online support while working and being paid. A personal supervisor can recommend termination during/after the trial period depending on agent’s activity. New employee should be responsible and strictly follow supervisor’s recommendations to pass the Probationary Period successfully and be employed by us on a regular basis.

SALARY

During the probationary period we offer $500 monthly salary plus 5% commission for each payment processing operation. For example, an average $5,000 payment will entail $400 commission. A successful agent may ask for additional tasks and earn more Base salary ($500) will be transferred at the end of each month to employee’s bank account. Commission (5%) is to be deducted from the processed money.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

* Financial Agent is supposed to process received assets during one business day, i.e. from the moment of money entering his bank account to the moment of re-send to our client in accordance with contract terms. If money enters employee’s account on a day-off or holiday, all payment processing procedures have to be completed during the next working day.
* Financial Agent receives invoices for each transaction every 14 days. Brown Arrests Mastermind of Multi-Million Dollar Ponzi Scheme

Sacramento-Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the arrest of William Arthur Sassman II who “looted” the life savings of dozens of investors to bankroll his lavish lifestyle and prop up a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme.

Sassman, 41, of Sacramento, was arrested at his residence this morning on a total of 100 counts: 43 counts of grand theft, 40 counts of misrepresentation or omission in the sale of a security, 16 counts of first-degree burglary and 1 count of use of a device, scheme, or artifice to defraud in the sale of a security. If convicted, Sassman faces up to 52 years in prison. Sassman is being held in the Sacramento County Jail and bail has been set at $3.2 million.

“William Arthur Sassman solicited millions of dollars from California investors with promises of high returns on business and real estate investments,” Brown said. “In reality, Sassman looted their savings to prop up a Ponzi scheme, so he could buy homes and Ferraris.”

Over the past decade, Sassman used four companies-InTex, LLC; Formulating Insurance Agency (FIA); Formulating Investments (FI); and Systematic Management Services (SMS)-to solicit investments ranging from approximately $10,000 to $500,000 from more than 50 individuals across Northern California and beyond.

Sassman, a licensed insurance agent, convinced investors, many of whom were senior citizens, to shift their savings from IRAs, annuities, life insurance accounts, 401(k)s and certificates of deposit to “high return” investments with his companies. These investments included foreclosed properties and real estate in Georgia, Mare Island and Vallejo; a strip mall in Folsom; commercial property in El Dorado Hills; the production of a laptop computer stand called the “Notefloat” and annuity, stock and foreign currency investments.

However, Sassman made few, if any, of these investments and rarely paid the double to triple digit returns he promised. Instead, Sassman spent investors’ millions financing his lavish lifestyle, including $1.1 million on his American Express card, $300,000 on automobiles, $75,000 at Polo Ralph Lauren and three homes.

The limited funds Sassman invested were channeled into other illegal operations including a “stock trading program” run by a group indicted in federal court earlier this year for running a Ponzi scheme and a European investment scam that promised a 200 percent profit in 45 days or 800 percent annually.

As Sassman burned through investor funds, he paid returns to early investors by using funds from new ones. Investors are still owed close to $4.4 million, and additional losses could reach $3 million.

In September 2009, Sassman and his companies filed for bankruptcy.

Some of Sassman’s Victims

In October 2004, a Sacramento resident invested more than $250,000 in FIA. Sassman promised her a seven percent annual return. Her money was combined with money from other investors for a total of more than $700,000. Of that money, approximately $400,000 was spent on Sassman’s personal expenses, more than $50,000 went to Sassman’s wife, and more than $34,000 was paid in returns to other investors. The victim lost $170,000 of her investment.

In late 2005, Sassman promised a Rancho Cordova woman that if she closed her $78,000 life insurance policy and invested the funds with him, she would receive an 8 percent return on her investment. In early 2009, the victim was diagnosed with cancer and her son took over her finances. Her son contacted Sassman and requested $7,000 from his mother’s investment to help pay for her medical expenses. Sassman promised to send a check, which never arrived. Soon after, the victim’s son contacted Sassman and asked him to return the entire balance of the $78,000 investment. Sassman sent a check for $14,000 that bounced. The victim’s investment was never returned.

In January 2007, a Sacramento couple invested more than $80,000 with Sassman’s company SMS to be invested into real estate and to earn interest. Sassman informed the couple that their money had been used to purchase property, which was undergoing renovation. The couple was unaware that their entire investment had been used to pay other investors.
